KOSPI Ends Monday Up 1.17%

The benchmark Korea Composite Stock Price Index(KOSPI) rose 31-point-11 points, or one-point-17 percent on Monday to close at two-thousand-687-point-44.

The tech-heavy KOSDAQ climbed twelve-point-nine points, or one-point-51 percent, to close at 869-point-72.

On the foreign exchange, the local currency weakened one-point-seven won against the U.S. dollar, closing at one-thousand-377 won.
