An update on actress Kim Sae Ron, who went on hiatus after her drunk driving controversy, was revealed online.

According to TV Daily, Kim has recently been hired as a manager at a coffee shop in Seongsu-dong. They revealed that she had a good work attitude and managed the counter and the entire cafe.

In May 2022, Kim Sae Ron was caught driving under the influence of alcohol. It was reported that she crashed into an electric transformer, which caused a power outage at 57 nearby stores. It was also revealed that her blood alcohol level was 0.2%, which was the level of license revocation.

After the incident, she revealed that she was working at a cafe due to financial hardships. However, the cafe she worked at called her out, saying that she never worked at any of their locations.

She later contradicted her statement and stated that she never was struggling financially.
