“He knew it was a set up.”

There are so many handsome guys in the K-Pop industry, from the more muscular and bulky type to more androgynous and pretty types, and everything in between. There’s an idol to appeal to pretty much anyone’s taste at this point, but there are some idols who are so objectively handsome that, even if they’re not your type, you still have to admit they’re good-looking.

One of the idols who is best-known for living up to these standards is ASTRO‘s Cha Eunwoo. He’s a person that naturally fits the typical Korean beauty standards completely, and even though he already looks handsome in pictures, it’s been said time and again that he’s, unbelievably, even more handsome in person!

It can be argued that Eunwoo is in a league of his own when it comes to visuals, and he has many fans who will staunchly defend him in this. So when any other idol gets compared to him, it can lead to unpleasant fanwars that could have otherwise been avoided.

Sung Hanbin (ZEROBASEONE)

And it seems that ZEROBASEONE‘s Sung Hanbin is aware of this. In a recent public appearance, Hanbin could be seen smiling and appearing flattered when a fan calls him handsome.

However, his expression immediately changed from flattery to panic and worry the moment someone said he looked like Cha Eunwoo.

The reaction is even more apparent in motion.

It’s actually not the first time Hanbin has been compared to the ASTRO member. A while back, soloist BoA said that he reminded her of Eunwoo, and Hanbin got similarly flustered and shy over the compliment.

There may have been backlash from people from that comparison, though, given that Habin had a much stronger and seemingly more negative reaction this time.

Here’s how people are reacting to Hanbin’s endearing but possibly genuinely panicked response to his most recent comparison to Eunwoo.

Hopefully this will prevent ZEROBASEONE fans from making the comparison again, for Hanbin’s sake!
