He explained that the incident happened in a men’s bath house. Here, he and his friend who was a dancer found a foreigner filming other visitors illegally.

I went to a bath house and some foreign guy was filming with a hidden camera in the men’s bath house. There was a dancer friend with me who discovered it.

They were not afraid to approach the perpetrator and quickly took him to the police station. Changsub had to return a few days later after evidence against the foreigner was found. The K-Pop idol was then asked to give his testimony as a bystander.

He saw it and caught him so we took him to the police station. A few days later, after forensic analysis, [it was found that] he was holding the camera [under him] so I went to the police station for questioning. The investigator was writing things down and asking questions, ‘Age, name, how and where did it happen?’
