Amidst the very public feud between HYBE and ADOR’s CEO Min Hee Jin, fans are growing more anxious about the future of NewJeans. After Min Hee Jin’s recent post, more and more netizens feel that the group should continue to be under the direction of CEO Min.
On May 11, KST, Min Hee Jin posted a series of pictures of the group from a new photoshoot. The members, Hanni, Minji, Danielle, Haerin, and Hyein, teamed up with Hiroshi Fujiwara, a renowned Japanese musician and pioneering figure of Japan’s street fashion, for the shoot.
Donning the various clothing items from the NewJeans X Hiroshi Fujiwara collection, the members looked unbelievably cool in each of the photos. The graphic t-shirts, baggy pants, and overall styling gave off a very nostalgic old-school hip-hop vibe, which all of them carried pretty well.
The photoshoot has left netizens convinced that Min Hee Jin’s creative direction is the perfect choice for the NewJeans members. They prayed that the two never part ways, especially as a result of this feud.
