A black man has been captured by the police in South Korea after cycling nude in the streets. It was reported that the Gwangju North Provincial Area Police Station had investigated a university student on May 23, 2024, after they were caught cycling without clothing on.
They were charged for public indecency. It was revealed that the student is currently studying in South Korea, and is of African descent. He was caught cycling around the streets near Jeonnam University dorms at 11.34am on May 22, 2024, with nary an item of clothing on him. Other students quickly uploaded it onto school community sites. Thanks to their reports, he was caught within 15 minutes.
It was reported that he was not drunk, and drug tests came back negative. He claimed that he had simply been stressed out by school, leading him to commit the crime.
